Mr. Chan was found at a __________ on Granville early in the morning on March 22, 2008, mumbling to himself and grasping his head as though he was in pain. He was verbally non-responsive and exhibited a decreased level of consciousness, as well as agitation. He did not have any neurological deficits on examination. He was not having hallucinations or delusions.
